Every design decision started with one question: does this honor what Cedar Sinai Park is? The result is a site that feels genuinely modern, not a cosmetic upgrade, but a foundation families trust at the moments that matter most.

Inside the work
The challenge

Cedar Sinai Park has served Portland's Jewish senior community for over 100 years. In that time, it grew into one of Oregon's most respected nonprofit senior campuses, independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and adult day services. Its website didn't reflect any of that. Families doing one of the most important research moments of their lives had no way to feel the depth, warmth, or credibility of the institution online. On top of that: no Google Business Profiles for individual service lines, no paid campaigns, no SEO foundation, and three different marketing contacts over nine months.

What we did
  1. 01Full website redesign, one cohesive site representing every service line: Rose Schnitzer Manor (assisted living), Robison Health Center (skilled nursing & rehab), In-home Care, and Adult Day Services
  2. 02Google Ads launched the same month as the new site, 53 total conversions in six months, best month delivering 18 at just $50 each
  3. 03Four Google Business Profiles set up, verified, and actively managed, putting each Cedar Sinai Park service on Google Maps for the families searching for it
  4. 04Community-first content: the beloved weekly Schmoozletter newsletter integrated directly on the website, generating fresh community content every single week
  5. 05AI search visibility built into the site architecture from day one, Cedar Sinai Park now appears as a referral source from ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
  6. 06Three leadership transitions managed proactively, every new contact received a full performance briefing, and the program never skipped a beat
