If you serve seniors,we serve you.

We got tired of watching good care go unnoticed.
Before Greatness Digital, Zeth Owen wasn't a marketer. He was a social worker, case manager, and Medicaid officer at Senior & Disability Services, sitting with families on the hardest days of their lives. Somewhere in that work he fell in love with the stories seniors carry, and he kept watching good care go unnoticed while families struggled to find it. Greatness Digital is the same mission from a different desk.
We built Greatness Digital around one thesis: senior-serving brands aren't marketing problems, they're trust problems. And trust is built through consistency, honesty, and work that respects the intelligence of families in the hardest season of their lives.
Eight years and 140+ engagements later, we're still the only integrated agency that works exclusively in this space. That focus compounds. Every campaign we run, every brand we build, makes us sharper for the next one.
The principles that make us difficult to replace.
These aren't values we invented for a website. They're the things we argue about in client calls and protect in every deliverable. If they resonate, we'll probably get along.
Talk to usBrand first, always.
We won't run a campaign that contradicts your front-door promise. Every asset gets aligned to one strategy, one voice, one mark, before a single ad goes live.
Families are whole humans.
The adult child choosing a community for their parent is exhausted, scared, and doing the most important thing of their year. We write for that person, not for SEO robots.
No stock photos. Ever.
Stock photography is the enemy of trust. If you can't give us real photography, we'll design around the absence, not paper it over with a licensed image of strangers.
Campaigns that compound.
One campaign is a transaction. A system is an investment. We build the whole engine, brand, demand, nurture, close, so every dollar you spend makes the next one more effective.
Radical candor.
We'll push back when we think you're wrong. We'll tell you when something isn't working. We'd rather lose a client than help them waste money on a strategy we know won't hold.
Excellence is the floor.
In an industry built on trust, mediocre marketing is a liability. We hold every deliverable to a standard that assumes a family is reading it at the most important moment of their year.
Small team.
Big opinions.
We keep the team tight on purpose. Every account is handled by senior people, not handed off to coordinators.

Zeth Owen
Founder & Creative DirectorZeth founded Greatness Digital after starting his career on the other side of senior care, as a social worker, case manager, and Medicaid officer sitting with families on their hardest days. He fell in love with the stories seniors carry and never let go. Same mission, different desk.

The night owl who couldn't keep a secret
Every forest has one wise old owl. Ours is named Hootley, and honestly, he was a terrible fit for the job. Wise owls are supposed to sit in a hollow tree and hoard what they know. Hootley couldn't help himself. He'd stay up all night (owls do), read absolutely everything (owls are nosy), and the moment he found someone genuinely good, a caregiver, a community, a family-run practice, he wanted the whole forest to know.
Because Hootley had figured out the thing most brands never do: being the best-kept secret in town is just a polite way of saying nobody can find you. So he made himself useful. He learned the questions worried families whisper at 2 a.m. And he leaned on the one word every owl already knows by heart, “Who?”, only to realize it's the exact question Google, ChatGPT, and every anxious son and daughter are asking too. Who do I trust? Who should I call?
That's more or less our whole company, in a feathery nutshell. We're all a little bit Hootley around here: wide awake while families are searching, quietly obsessed with “who,” and constitutionally unable to let good people go unseen. So we gave him a desk, a name tag, and the night shift. He answers your chats. He rides shotgun in your rankings. And when someone asks “who?”, a person, a map, or a machine , he makes sure they hear your name.
Hootley never sleeps. Neither does your visibility.

Let's build something worth talking about.
We take on a limited number of new clients each quarter. If you serve older adults and the families who care for them, we'd like to hear about your goals.
