When Avant Senior Housing acquired Lookout Ridge in Washougal, WA, Arcadia needed a logo system that could represent both communities, professionally, cohesively, and with the warmth the brand is built on. We designed the marks they'll have forever.



Arcadia was competing against well-funded regional and national senior living chains while operating as a locally-owned independent, with just 82 organic clicks a month and a thin digital footprint. When their parent company acquired a second community in Washougal, WA in early 2025, that location had zero digital presence: no website, no Google Business Profile, no ad campaigns. Then a terminated employee posted a fake, damaging review on Arcadia's Google Business Profile, serious enough that the CEO considered involving attorneys. Three problems at once. One team.
